The Australian governing body responsible for regulatory oversight of sanctioned Australian motor sporting events, such as the V8 Supercars, the Australian GT Championship, The Australian Rally Championship, Australian Formula 3, Formula Ford, Formula Vee, the Porsche Carrera Cup and others. It also has responsibilities towards safety initiatives for competitors, officials and spectators through regulation and training. The CAMS Manual of Motor Sport, which contains all of the required safety and technical regulations for the various categories, can be downloaded from the site. The ICMS is an association of medical, scientific and educational professionals and other interested persons concerned with the improvement of performance and safety in motorsport. The ICMS is a nonprofit organization and has members interested in all forms of motorsport including powerboat racing, off-road racing, motorcycle and any other competition using motor power and drivers.
